The Inchworm
The INCHWORM is one of my ALL TIME FAV fitness moves because it has EVERYTHING: CORE, CARDIO, STRENGTH & STRETCH. It’s a body-weight movement that builds strength, improves flexibility and range of motion and gets the blood pumping and endorphins flowing—while targeting just about every major muscle group. It’s a dynamic exercise that will strengthen your abs, hamstrings, and mid-back WHILE enhancing hip mobility and shoulder stability!
There are infinite variations to the INCHWORM, and I share some of my ALL TIME FAV's in this video: like the INCHWORM punch, the INCHWORM squat jump, the INCHWORM plank jack, and the INCHWORM pushup.
Because it involves the DOWN DOG, the INCHWORM also WAKES YOU UP, BOOSTS CIRCULATION, and is a good CHECK IN with your body. It’s a great strategy for TAKING INVENTORY, FLUSHING TOXINS, and IMPROVING YOUR MOOD.

Ideally, you do the INCHWORM | A Soul Sauce Workout and THEN you tackle Giving Your Values A Voice | A Soul Floss Ritual.

You’ll need about 45-60 minutes total—30 minutes fitness, 15-30 minutes writing.
